'Bipolar'

New character- one that I actually enjoy drawing. Fairly easy to draw, too. For now, I just call her Bipolar (due to the coloration of blue and orange which I will one day actually color her) though I'm going to find a decent name for her soon. I really like her, yup yup, yup.
